I had an amazing experience buying a car form my kids for Ajax Nissan. I bought a 2020 Nissan Sentra SV, they made my driving experience pleasant, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Shannon and Kelly where outstanding. Kelly the sales representative was open minded, pleasant and caring. Made sure I felt comfortable throughout this stressful day.
Shannon the Finance Manager was unbelievable. She made sure that I received the vehicle I wanted. She worked around the finances so I would get that vehicle without adding any more $$ to my existing payments. I had an issue after leaving the yard and ended up with a nail in the side of the tire. I came back and Shannon made sure everything was covered and no extra $$ where spent. I have already recommended my sister to see Shannon and Kelly in the near future for a new car. I will definitely recommend all my friends and family too.. Thank you!

Amazing People to deal with, purchased cars on the past from other dealers but always went to them for service.

This dealership offers a really positive overall experience. Jeff seemed to know what my next question was going to be and had all the info I needed on the car I purchased from him. Adam (General Sales Mgr) was the first contact I had when I initially walked in the door. Even though I thought he would be too busy to even notice I walked in it was the complete opposite - he welcomed me to the store and introduced me to Jeff immediately to start the process. Awesome customer service! Adam also made completing the purchase simple and both he and Jeff were helpful and friendly at all times. I would buy another vehicle from both of them again with no hesitation. Have to mention Sarah and Annie who both took part in processing and completing the purchase, very professional and helpful as well. Ajax Nissan is a great place to shop.

UPDATE:
Went for a complimentary oil change after 6 months(which was provided during the sale) and the service was subtle and quick. Pedro, my service advisor, went beyond in making sure i can get the car back quick and he even fixed my licenses plate which was bent. Thanks Pedro for a great experience.

This is my third time for the lease of my two cars with this same dealership. This dealership is very upfront and provides excellent service. The staff is very friendly and Accommodating . Also had all my service on my vehicles done at this site and have had a very good experience. Highly recommend this dealership.
