Got my Mumbai flat vacated while I was away. It was smoothly done and in very short notice. Staff was very cooperative and responsive. They also arranged a video call to make sure they've packed everything. Would highly recommend if you want to vacate your flat with or without you being present there.

Expensive annual cost, and constant errors in reports which result in customer being overcharged. They rectify it but the follow ups are tiring. The courier rates could be subsidised after paying annual fee but that is not the case here. The portal is also user unfriendly with no option of bulk upload. You are better off signing up directly with Delhivery or Fedex than with them.

I wanted to send my parcel to my sister as gift for rakshabandhan but no one accepted my parcel as it was makeup kit but then I contacted Mr Sameer he really helped me out from this situation. Mr Sameer was there for me to help at each and every stage and he managed everything as he promised !! and it reached before rakshabandhan and I'm really glad to have your service. Worst courier services ever. they will first tell u reasonable rate then once they pick up your parcel they will dial u n say additional amounts to pay. Not at all on time, no punctuality doesn t value people s times they will tell 1 O clock and guy will arrive at evening 6. They don t see their worst services n try to argue and hung up the call n when u try to call them up to check the status they will not answer.... biggest mistake of picking up this courier service.

I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH AIPEX FROM PAST 8 MONTHS. IT IS THE MOST BIZZARE , WORST, IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY. I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. ON COD DROPS. THE GUY DINT COLLECTED THE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER AND WHEN CALLED IN THE COMPANY. THEY ARE REQUESTING TO COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER. AS THE GUY HAS ALREADY LEFT FOR STATION. One of the worst ever courier service.They won't deliver items on time. They won't answer to your calls , emails and WhatsApp messages even though they red it.The tracking service on their website throw error. They are not ready to fix it shows how they treat their customers.

By far the worst courier service i have come across. Highly irresponsible. No commitment on time. The courier person literally threatens even if almost 4-5 hours late from the time commitment. Even you are unable to keep up the commitment of either pick up or drop, atleast have the basic courtesy of picking up the call and apologies for the delay. Isn't any rating below 1 or minus i would rather give you that.

After the good online rating I decided to go with Aipex for a delivery to Japan. I had a worst customer experience currently. Its been a month now that my courier has still not been delivery and is in Singapore for last 2 weeks. Initially everything went smoothly but once the courier was out of delivery it got stuck everywhere in the transit. Their vendor or the forwarding courier Aramex has the worst rating online which I also raised with them but the assured that delivery will happen on time. Now since last 2 weeks their executive Himanshu is not replying on emails nor has been receiving my mobile calls. Their customer support is also of no use. They will simply say we cannot track your number or its is not showing in our system and the executive is out of station hence not receiving any calls. Their top executives Naveen and Dimple are also in the email chain and they have also opted to not to respond to any emails. Pathetic experience and poor customer service. Please do not go with this guys to avoid a poor experience.

Non-responsive, non-streamlined and quite unprofessional. First didn't provide a quote in a timely manner, then when they received the funds didn't dispatch the courier, and now are completely non-responsive when a refund is asked for.

The money wasn't much; but the professionalism (i.e. lack thereof) is telling.

A very very good and seamless experience! Naveen was very helpful in the process and all our 50 parcels reached safely and timely.
