Received a response from them after the review was posted and shared my feedback. Also received my refund now. I will update the review in future once I feel more confident. Thanks google reviews.

Non-responsive, non-streamlined and quite unprofessional. First didn't provide a quote in a timely manner, then when they received the funds didn't dispatch the courier, and now are completely non-responsive when a refund is asked for.

The money wasn't much; but the professionalism (i.e. lack thereof) is telling.
