Everything was perfect. Friendly, festive atmosphere. Warm welcome and more than perfect meal. Concept Suisse ... as if you were there after a day of skiing! The raclette, scraped by hand at your table by the owner, completely charming and delicious !! I definitely recommend it to you, and I will definitely come back to it.

My favorite restaurant (In the world, yes yes).
The food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm, the owners are super friendly and the prices are more than reasonable.

Lucky that I don't live in Baie St-Paul, otherwise I would be there every week. :)

WOWWW and REWOW, wonderful trip across Switzerland for our taste buds and our eyes! Awesome owners, welcoming as if we were in their kitchen at home! Ms. Sophie and the Swiss

Advice...
Reserved several months in advance, or take the chance like us to have been privileged to cancel customers, to make this beautiful discovery

What a delight!
First, before you can show up ... make sure you book because this place is popular! Now I know why! Nicolas welcomed us warmly with humor! He knows how to make the atmosphere pleasant! On the menu .. dishes from Switzerland prepared with fresh local produce from the Charlevoix region !! Fondue, raclette and succulent mouth-watering! It has been a long time since we had so much fun enjoying our dishes while savoring every bite ... We must bring our wine and the price of the dishes include taxes and tip. So the final is very affordable if we talk quality-price! You can not leave without tasting his homemade drink tasting the balsam fir. This nice little restaurant deserves for us 7 stars. Small note .. we unfortunately could not meet Sophie who had to leave this evening but we will surely have the chance to meet her on our next visit! Long live the Cow!

We had a great evening at this restaurant. The meal was delicious and very rich. We had a classic raclette and beef bourguignon. Everything was good. The owners are extremely hospitable and have a real love to have a good time with their guests. The place is charming and comfortable. The prices on the menu are all inclusive (taxes and services), and the experience is well worth it. Our evening at this address was one of our best moments in Baie Saint-Paul.

It s really worth it! It is absolutely necessary to book for groups since the restaurant seats around 15 people inside. Make no mistake, the terrace is not a "second choice" - if you are lucky it will be sunny and you can enjoy the heated and comfortable place for a group of 7-8.

The owners are charming, funny, with a stripping humor! They alone are worth the detour.
A place not to be missed during a stay in Baie-Saint-Paul.

The perfect place to maintain your cholesterol! Be careful, it's not light. Cheese, on cheese, and more cheese. Simply decadent !! We loved it, especially the raclette served by the very friendly owner, Nicolas. The place is intimate, charming, and the service is very warm. Bring your own wine, sip the kirsch offered by the house, and indulge in the most frivolous discussions;)

Lovely hidden gem in the village of Baie St Paul owned by a charming couple from Switzerland.
Intimate place (seats 20 people max so make sure to book in advance) and delicious family style food based on carefully curated ingredients.

Honest, tasty and simple!
Loved it.

This is the best cheese fondue I have ever had. This restaurant is top rated for a reason. The attention to detail and service is first rate. Make sure to reserve well in advance of your visit as the restaurant can fill up fast. Top items include the raclette and the blue cheese fondue.

Are you going through Baie-Saint-Paul? Here is a more than compulsory stop: the tiny restaurant "Ah la Vache!" One of the most beautiful taste experiences of my life. Typically Swiss fondues and raclettes to throw on the ground! In addition, the owner / cook and his wife are so warm and passionate!

An experience that my wife and I will remember for the rest of our lives! (And we promised to return there at least once a year).

The best dining experience in a warm atmosphere! Without a doubt, one of my favorite restaurants. Bring your own wine in addition, the owners do everything to make your evening the most beautiful. Important to reserve, this restaurant can accommodate about 20 people. I can't wait to go back !!!

The essential restaurant!

Welcome to Nicolas & Sophie ...
Small restaurant with a big heart that allows you a happy trip In a Mazot Valaisan.
The owners have achieved a feat here by recreating a family restaurant with traditional Swiss and friendly cuisine, with a harmonious marriage of magnificent local products.
Although the room is small and the reservation is highly recommended, the table service is perfect and fast.
The excellent and generous cuisine allows no criticism.

It is always possible to find criticism, but here it would become gossip!

An experience not to be missed. The atmosphere is warm with a welcome worthy of a great restaurant. The lady who takes care of the service as well as the chef / owner take the time to talk to people and explain the menu well. The quality of the food is sought after and comes a lot from Quebec, making the meal more endearing. The owner, Nicolas, is passionate about his cuisine and performs it wonderfully, balancing the quality, the size of the services and the flavors. It's a bring your own wine so treat yourself and choose a quality wine because it would be insulting to the chef not to accompany the meal you will receive with a good bottle. A restaurant not to be missed, requires a reservation!

Best restaurant I have ever been to! You need to reserve a month in advance. But once you are there you are served some of the best food ever with heart-warming, smiling hosts! You really feel like home. It is an experience unlike any restaurant I have ever been to! It is a must if you are in the region.
