Everything was perfect. Friendly, festive atmosphere. Warm welcome and more than perfect meal. Concept Suisse ... as if you were there after a day of skiing! The raclette, scraped by hand at your table by the owner, completely charming and delicious !! I definitely recommend it to you, and I will definitely come back to it.

First, before you can show up ... make sure you book because this place is popular! Now I know why! Nicolas welcomed us warmly with humor! He knows how to make the atmosphere pleasant! On the menu .. dishes from Switzerland prepared with fresh local produce from the Charlevoix region !! Fondue, raclette and succulent mouth-watering! It has been a long time since we had so much fun enjoying our dishes while savoring every bite ... We must bring our wine and the price of the dishes include taxes and tip. So the final is very affordable if we talk quality-price! You can not leave without tasting his homemade drink tasting the balsam fir. This nice little restaurant deserves for us 7 stars. Small note .. we unfortunately could not meet Sophie who had to leave this evening but we will surely have the chance to meet her on our next visit! Long live the Cow!

We had a great evening at this restaurant. The meal was delicious and very rich. We had a classic raclette and beef bourguignon. Everything was good. The owners are extremely hospitable and have a real love to have a good time with their guests. The place is charming and comfortable. The prices on the menu are all inclusive (taxes and services), and the experience is well worth it. Our evening at this address was one of our best moments in Baie Saint-Paul.

It s really worth it! It is absolutely necessary to book for groups since the restaurant seats around 15 people inside. Make no mistake, the terrace is not a "second choice" - if you are lucky it will be sunny and you can enjoy the heated and comfortable place for a group of 7-8.

Are you going through Baie-Saint-Paul? Here is a more than compulsory stop: the tiny restaurant "Ah la Vache!" One of the most beautiful taste experiences of my life. Typically Swiss fondues and raclettes to throw on the ground! In addition, the owner / cook and his wife are so warm and passionate!

An experience that my wife and I will remember for the rest of our lives! (And we promised to return there at least once a year).

Small restaurant with a big heart that allows you a happy trip In a Mazot Valaisan.
The owners have achieved a feat here by recreating a family restaurant with traditional Swiss and friendly cuisine, with a harmonious marriage of magnificent local products.
Although the room is small and the reservation is highly recommended, the table service is perfect and fast.
The excellent and generous cuisine allows no criticism.

It's a bring your own wine so treat yourself and choose a quality wine because it would be insulting to the chef not to accompany the meal you will receive with a good bottle. Best restaurant I have ever been to! You need to reserve a month in advance. But once you are there you are served some of the best food ever with heart-warming, smiling hosts! You really feel like home. It is an experience unlike any restaurant I have ever been to! It is a must if you are in the region.
