Took a MacBook Pro for what should have been a routine battery changed, $375.
Was informed by A F Smith battery was installed but the screen won t power and only works on an external monitor.
A F Smith offered to order new parts at my expense.
A F Smith installed the old battery back into the Mac Book Pro and now the Mac Book Pro will not power on.
Mac Book Pro had no issues prior to an authorised service centre working on my Mac Book Pro.

Not impressed. Opening hours are at 8:30 I called and called no one answered. Can only leave a general message unless you know an extension or name which I didn't because I needed to order ink cartridges. I left a message and someone called me back at 9:00 so do you open at 9 then?
I had called a competitor in the meantime and got instant and very polite service!
You've got to do better than that.

Say they're Apple certified but they aren't allowed to work on the new models yet. What's the point if you can't fix them?
A.F. Smith has a great selection of office supplies, and back to school items. They are in a great location just outside of town, with convenient, free parking.
excellent print service. Received an fast quote response, ordered and picked up the next day! They chose nice paper for my print job as it was tricky to do over email.
Very convenient because it is not in Hamilton so you can quickly get supplies.
The selection has become more limited but they try to help me and are nice. I shouldn't have to order the labels for the $300 label machine I bought from them though. Parking is easy.
