There are hands and feet, don't come in, this company does, welfare does not! Workers money is harder than other companies low KPIs.

Great place to work but careful choosing project.. Some managers are bias towards you.. Management wise need to improve

I went interview and spent almost 3 hours yet I still was waiting for my second interview my patience was gone as I waste my whole time on this stupid management and interview

Aegis which recently chg to startek seriously not take care of their employees. Does not appreciate their staff. They only will think of their productivity. Useless call centre ever. For fresh graduates this is not ur plc to work.

Please do not visit this company after the locked down. Their staff still working during March 18-31.

U have THE WORST Customer Service ever and i suggest u to motivate ur staff and tell them not to be such a very rude person!.
One of your girl staff named Shalini i think have a such UGLY attitude behavior for treating a customer please respect to who u talk to..Is that the way how u taught your staff? To become more rude to customer and talk to customer without respect? If your staff can't do the job just get her fired!..She makes your company reputation become worst!.PLEASE i hope you take a note and improve more especially the attitude and behavior of your staff...

One of the worst companies, stupid management, during crisis like this, they are not taking any precautionary action.

Great work place but the security guard are rude, totally idiots, feel disturbed and annoyed for they stupid action.

Stay away from this company. They don't pay for your medical expenses if you want to see a doctor. What kind of a selfish company is this? I have a lot of bad things to say about this company but I will never finish. Think about this, Aegis does not even care about your basic welfare which is they don't have panel clinic and they don't pay for your medical expenses. You are on your own, how are you going to trust your bright future with a company that doesn't even care about your welfare? That's to begin. You will explore more of the bad side of this company. You will wonder why this company has an extremely high turnover rate. People kept resigning after they join this company. You will see the company constantly post jobs vacancy in the jobstreet because they can't hold people to stay working in this company. They manage to hire people and people left once they realize how terrible the company is. The HR Manager is a goon !!!

Went for interview few years back. I still remember because it was one of the worse experience for me. Made an appointment for interview but made me wait for 2 hrs+. When contacted HR, the person told me off in a rude way that if I can't wait, I can forfeit the interview and the damn interview only lasted for 5 mins. HELLO! It takes me money and time for me to go there and please don't waste my time and effort to go there. After seeing all the reviews, thank god for not working there.

If you guys a fresh graduate and looking for long career, this is not a place for "it's a call center people come and go". From my experience after working for 2/1 years there is no increment for salary and there's a contract basis not permanent, only permanent staff have more benefit and for contract staff, they will treat you as stepchild. No matter how perform you are , your salary will remain same. And the HR management also not professional they hired people for the sake of commissions but when come to employee welfare not helping at all. If you make complaint they're just ignore it and no action taken. So better stay away from this company. Not recommended at all.. " just my honest review"

Workplace =)... Been here for a total of 8 years now.

Unhealthy working experience with every associate putting themselves above their customers.
Really didnt seem to have any concern for their customer issues but rather just tryna get through another day at work.

A very suck company, the things they told at interview is different when you really get hired. Their management are even worst, a lot of things come sudden. Those my OT they not yet pay me for after almost half year I worked with them. They are trying to lie to their client and surfur the employers. In conclusion, dnt work with them.

Worst and scariest company I ve ever worked for..I have read all the previous reviews and 90% of them are correct!! Think carefully before getting to work in their projects!! If you seek good amount of salary, this is not the place buddy..

Black Company and Many has faced force resignation without any notice. Don't go there.

Bad company that only use you when they need you. If you're not profiting to them anymore you will get forced resignation just like many people gone through with this wrong company. Please don't go if you value your career.

I change my review to the fact this place easily give me 3 years of great experience, which be the reason of me hired with better wages in other company. I will always remember the good and sweet times with my friends. Why not 5 star? They are not employee oriented and rarely listen to our need and demand. Ah, dont ever dream about permanent post, increment or any other benefit if your position is just entry level. Overall, they are good if you are working for experience, but not for money

To the people who rated this company with 1 or 2 stars. Just to let you know that your expectations on this company is based on your own thoughts. For me Aegis is definitely one of the best company that I've ever been to, after experiencing 6 different jobs previously. This company is suitable for Fresh Grads or even highschool Grads, as they provide training and preparing you into the working life. It is true that there is no increment to your salary, but only if you are on contract based. To be a full-time staff you must be brave to compete, thirsty for knowledge, and curious to expand your experience by applying their IJP. So think long-term! Don't stay on the same position as you are now. Only then you can be happy with your job. And be thankful to Aegis for their wonderful hiring system. Bcuz I am!

Well i had an interview last week one of the recutting agent called me last Friday asking me to go on Saturday for fast hiring on the same day after interview,i really was feeling very happy but at the same time the notice period was shocking asking me to attend last day tomorrow and be hired at the same day,I felt there is something not right so I didn't attend the interview i do lots of net search and i saw lots of review on them I decided not to attend as one of the reasons an the 2nd thing is i was not available based on their timing less than 24 hr notice while i have other thing to attend
Especially its ramadan guys lols

the worst outsource company ever do not trust they will play and delay with your salary and give irresponsible excuses to terminate you....being work there for 7 mnth and very bad environment
