Doesn't even worth to get a rate!
U have THE WORST Customer Service ever and i suggest u to motivate ur staff and tell them not to be such a very rude person!.
One of your girl staff named Shalini i think have a such UGLY attitude behavior for treating a customer please respect to who u talk to..Is that the way how u taught your staff? To become more rude to customer and talk to customer without respect? If your staff can't do the job just get her fired!..She makes your company reputation become worst!.PLEASE i hope you take a note and improve more especially the attitude and behavior of your staff...
