Excellent billing service. The customer service is amazing. Everyone I have interacted with in this business has been knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

The software is adequate and the application support team has worked to meet our needs, but the sales team is absolutely incompetent. I have been in the systems implementation world for 20 years and understand that Systems Sales people promise everything and deliver nothing but this is a new low. If you are looking at this solution please understand that you will get no support; will not be able to add new services; will not be able to hold people accountable; will not even get responses to emails after you sign the contract.

We have used A.D.S. for over twenty-five years. We never have issues getting a hold of anyone should a question or matter arise. We get annual calls to make sure we are satisfied with our services. We would recommend A.D.S. to anyone willing to use it for their medical business needs. It's provided us with a secure and efficient work place.

My billing service has used various ADS products for 15+ years.
They have been a tremendous help to my company achieving success. Their response time is quick and are always available to answer questions or concerns. I love that their staff has low overturn so we always get to speak with the same employees!

We have been using ADS Medics Premier for a few years now and this week we made the change to transfer our programing to the cloud so we don't need a server anymore. We migrated access to laptops and can now work seamlessly from anywhere.
The staff as ADS and tech support has always been attentive and when we call for support we get very fast to adequate response time.
I have not had any issues with ADS and I would recommend them.
I don't know why the other person who reviewed them gave such a bad review...perhaps there was a misunderstanding somewhere. I have dealt with a number of people at ADS and this year, 2016, they have really upped their game and customer service is great.

Unimpressed with service and support. Sales promises but doesn't delivery; the builders definitely don't understand the first thing about healthcare and behavioral health care documentation and needs; training provided to the staff and super users was completely useless and come implementation day, total disaster and to make matters worse, were promised support by ADS all day, they were totally MIA after noon. Overall D-, don't sign the contract, run....they want you to go live before your program is built completely and day 1, you wont have what you need.

We highly recommend ADS practice management system and RCM service! ADS has great software and excellent customer services! The practice management system, Medics Premier is very user friendly and useful. Thanks to their RCM, our monthly collection rate went up significantly after we switched from the other RCM company. Whenever we have a problem, they solve it right away!
