WARNING- inconsiderate business practice

I met Shane at the NY NOW trade show, where he placed an order of hand blown glassware (of over $2000 retail value), some of which I custom made just for him.

Upon timely delivery of the order, it was refused and sent back to me (leaving me to pay the shipping for both ways, about $100). It s bad enough when a client cancels an order after it has been produced, but to allow me to ship it and then not accept it is completely inconsiderate. In the about us section of his website, Shane gives the impression that he genuinely cares about the artists that he represents in his gallery. This is a joke.

Over the last few weeks, I have been calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing many times. No one is getting back to me. Shane, you should contact me.

If you are a vendor considering doing business with Addendum, be warned.

I just happened upon this wonderful store, and dropped in to look around. One word - Wow! An excellent choice for special purchases and gifts. I bought 2 beautiful gifts and can't wait to return. Elegance at its best, and the service was superior.

Amazing store! The salesperson really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect gift for my friends wedding. I think I have found my new favorite place in Carmel!

Make sure you are aware of the return policy when purchasing a gift. I tried to return apparel that was given to me as a gift two days after Christmas with the tags still on it and couldn't even exchange it for another item in the store. This is bad business to not even give store credit after Christmas. I guess I understand a small store not giving cash back, but not store credit?? There were other things in the store that I would have loved. What kind of a business model is this during the holidays??? I wouldn't buy a gift there unless the person you are buying for is right there with you and tries it on.

Wonderful store with a large selection of up market gifts that are not found anywhere else in Indiana. Helpful staff that really know their stuff! My go to place for gifts and candles & jewelry for me!

Thanks for helping me pick out a piece of jewelry for my wife today. She loved it, we will be back.
