FinGroup offers a free online masterclass called the Property Monetisation Masterclass aimed at Singapore property owners whose property is mostly or fully paid off and worth S$2 million or more. The masterclass, presented by Dr. U-Jin Chow, covers a framework for putting idle property equity to work without selling the property and without taking on tenants. FinGroup, through Dr. Chow, is associated with FinMortgage, an independent mortgage consultancy that works across major Singapore banks and has facilitated over S$1 billion in loans for doctors and high-net-worth clients.
