Couldn't recommend Action 24 enough and after a recent spate of burglaries in my area, I'm extremely thankful not to have been targeted and have a 24 hour monitored alarm system in place. I had an action 24 monitored alarm system installed in my house last week after a recent burglary. From my initial contact till the alarm was installed I have experienced the highest level of professionalism from all staff I have dealt with. They tailored the system to suit my security needs and now my family and I have great peace of mind that our security is in great hands. I have to give a special mention to Engineer Adam Mooney who installed our system. He was thoroughly professional and courteous.
My daughter set off the alarm by mistake the other morning and within 20 seconds I received a call from Action 24 monitoring centre to check on us.
I also had smart plugs installed as part of my package so I can control certain lights in my house from action 24 smartphone app whenever we re away at night.

Fantastic service from the action 24 team. full alarm bought many years ago. newly upgraded and with a doorbell camera which was seemleesly installed. all can now easily be viewed and controlled on the alarm app on all pur smart phones. to make it easier we can view front door callers on the app and also speak to them whether at home or out an about.
Now gone another step further with front and back cameras for piece of mind. Setup again with no disruption or hassles. well worth it for any household or business.

I can t fault Action 24, everything from the seamless installation, the great user friendly panel and App to the rapid response from the monitoring team. This provides complete peace of mind for us when we re at home or away.
It says open 24h but we went there on a Sunday 1pm and it was closed.

Have Action 24 installed a couple of months now, and I'm very happy with it, delighted! Every time we've accidentally triggered the alarm, they called. Thankfully, we've been safe and not needed the security or gardai called.

Best system available on the market by a long shot...touch screen panel, wireless sensors, cameras and app are a serious bit of kit. I priced all the main providers and this is not only the best and most up to date system it is also at a very competitive price. As a previous user and subscriber of PhoneWatch my only regret is that I hadn t switched years ago!
