I had an action 24 monitored alarm system installed in my house last week after a recent burglary. From my initial contact till the alarm was installed I have experienced the highest level of professionalism from all staff I have dealt with. They tailored the system to suit my security needs and now my family and I have great peace of mind that our security is in great hands. I have to give a special mention to Engineer Adam Mooney who installed our system. He was thoroughly professional and courteous.
My daughter set off the alarm by mistake the other morning and within 20 seconds I received a call from Action 24 monitoring centre to check on us.
I also had smart plugs installed as part of my package so I can control certain lights in my house from action 24 smartphone app whenever we re away at night.
