We had an excellent time in the Ardeche in August 2018. Good tented accommodation (yes, with beds), very friendly staff, great activities, and (considering its all under canvas) reasonable food.
Would give less than 1 star if possible. Taking advantage of pandemic by cancelling school trip but not refunding or rescheduling. Despicable behaviour.
Absolutely awesome experience. Fantastic social way of doing outdoor activities. The camping village makes it very easy, safe and enjoyable both for the kids and parents.
I took my 8 year old daughter on a weeks activity week to Acorns Brecon Beacons gleaming site in August 2018. We had an amazing time, the activities were great fun, the staff were excellent and so helpful, we met lots of lovely people and my daughter made loads of friends! Definitely recommend

We have used Acorn for a number of years now and we have always found them to be most helpful even with lastminutedotcom requests. Kim who we deal with is always pleasant and I treat her more as a friend rather than a person I have business dealings with.
Avoid. Accommodation in brochures looks better that the real thing. Tents look tiered and worn, ripped zips and holes in canvas.
