This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Incorrect information and links provided to access COVID results DO NOT WORK! The phone number and website have no information whether or not they are open on a Sunday. This is the company that we trust in a PANDEMIC?! Never again!

If I could give a negative 5 I would. The customer service is disgusting. You are in a business that sympathy is one of the key element. You deff lack that an evrything else. Discusing patient business amongs each other is discusting and terrible. My mother walked out in tears ...

My family and I all had wonderful experiences with Accureference Medical Lab! We can t thank them enough. Super professional and thorough. They are responsive and put patients first. i wish i could give zero starts , their online patient portal takes for ever to update results . & is not even covid related .

I have used Accu Reference Medical Lab for Covid testing and received my results the very next day. Great customer service and the staff was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast turnaround time with accurate results.

I have had the Accureference Labs testing our dental staff of over 50 employees, biweekly since June 2020. We have been treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Our results are turned over within 24hrs on most occasions and when we have had any questions the team has always been helpful. It s unfortunate that people rush to share bad news but not enough people comment when service is good. Considering they are running thousands of tests, I personally feel they are doing a great job. My team is happy.

Very professional and stellar customer service. Almost makes you want to go back but it's a lab! ha ha! Seriously though, if you need lab work, they are fast, courteous and efficient.

Don't know how they do in other locations, but they came to Texas to help and made blunder after blunder. Ads promised 24-48 hr results; NOT. At the end of the 4th day with no hearing. For me, it was mostly moot, as my spouse tested positive and I've had all the symptoms. But if you need to know in a hurry, choose another lab!
