I really cannot give ability plus a high score because of some of the employees that work there that drink on duty smoke weed on duty but it is some workers there that goes above ordinary to do their job I know this personally

Do not do not do not place a loved one in this awful place. I could go on for days about all the lawsuits they have faced and still are. There is no reason they should still be in business.
