Apparently they do not want new music therapy clients. I have been trying to get a hold of A Brighter Avenue to hopefully set up music therapy since 1/13( Today is 2/3).

I left a message 1/13, completed the 'request service button' on their website on 1/14. F

Finally talked to an actual person when I called back on 1/21- who only provided me an email of the updated contact person. (The list DDD provided me was outdated apparently). Emailed said person on same day- 1/21. Called again 1/29 since no response; and got the updated therapy director's direct number. Left said therapy director a voicemail on 1/29. And here we are on 2/3 and I have yet to hear back.

I applied to a bunch of habilitation provider job postings on indeed got no feedback after a couple of days, so I decided to apply to this company and within seconds of applying, I got a call for phone screening. I had a terrific phone screening interview and I'm happy to move on with their application process! After hearing the dreams and goals they have for their clients I'm convinced they hire only the best providers to work with their kiddos. I can't wait to start helping some lucky kiddos through A Brighter Avenue!

I've called them quite a bit trying to get my son setup In their aba autism program and they would either go to voicemail or tell me to talk to a lady named Kelly who never once answered the phone or called back from the messages left on voicemail. They don't really seem to care or even do their jobs and should be investigated by a government bureau. I've never once had an interaction like this with a medical facility and they're honestly a lost cause. Take your kid somewhere else where they actually care.

Gina has been very understanding and helpful to pair me with a client in my area.
A Brighter Avenue is very dedicated to their families and providers.

At A Brighter Avenue, the team of highly trained therapists works closely with each child to develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs.
