Great beaches, hotels, good restaurants. Historic monuments. Reasonable shopping. Roads could be improved (typical for any Caribbean island).

Awesome! Beaches are lovely and there are LOTS to choose from. Water sports from Kite surfing or sailing to kayaking available. Quite a few other activities as well and you can likely find any product you're accustomed to from the US or UK. The people love to help, an any question you have.
