21st Century Health Care Consultants has been very helpful with providing the help I need in obtaining my home care license. One feedback though is I wish I was told initially that the account manager assigned to me was no longer in the company. I was emailing the assigned person and had no luck so I called the main line and was informed that my account was transitioned to another person. I am on my 3rd account manager - Kim and Casey and they have been so helpful and responsive to my inquiries. I recommend this company and their bootcamp is very informative.

I had a previous bad experience with another company a year ago, but on this date, I have decided to move forward with this dream that I had as a little girl of 12 until this woman that is post military and RN school. I was expected to recieve more information directly about running a personal care agency. I did enjoy the motivational portion of thus but I think it is very overpriced. Too many questions asked when that time could have been utilized to learn more useful information. Better time management skills.

Called 9:10 am on a Monday morning asked if there was anyone who could help with Medicare accreditation, I was told someone would call me back shortly. 2 Pm and it still hasn't happened. Not a great start trying to impress me. I am going with another company.

I have been working with 21st Century Health care consultants since 2013 when we were looking to get licensed for our agency in New York. New York is the most difficult state to obtain licensure but 21st century did it with ease . i didn't have to lift my fingers . Trainings were excellent . They provided me with all the information to open my first case by MYSELF and everything is history . At one time , the state visited the office and I called 21st century and right away the plan of correction was prepared by them and problem resolved . If you want things done right , use 21st Century. , They are extremely knowledgeably in home care business . . Don't waste your money going somewhere else . I am one of their raving fan .

The 4-day medical home health bootcamp in Sarasota, FL, was extremely informative and the company's owner Paul was extremely friendly and warm. The entire company was present, and there were multiple presenters who were specialists in their field.
Patient care, billing, and so many more topics were covered. The overall ambiance of the conference was warm and friendly. It was great to network with all the other attendees as well, who included owners, RNs, and doctors.
The 21st Century people do know what they are doing, they are professional yet friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were good about answering questions and also provided lot of material and confidence throughout the presentation. They invited questions, and provided great answers.
