The 4-day medical home health bootcamp in Sarasota, FL, was extremely informative and the company's owner Paul was extremely friendly and warm. The entire company was present, and there were multiple presenters who were specialists in their field.
Patient care, billing, and so many more topics were covered. The overall ambiance of the conference was warm and friendly. It was great to network with all the other attendees as well, who included owners, RNs, and doctors.
The 21st Century people do know what they are doing, they are professional yet friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were good about answering questions and also provided lot of material and confidence throughout the presentation. They invited questions, and provided great answers.
I do feel that I am going away with a wealth of information about regulations, policies, procedures, and so much more which would have been nearly impossible to find elsewhere regardless of how much research you put into it.
They have condensed and distilled the vast length and breadth of information to a great block of digestible information and passed it on in a great manner. I definitely want to mention that what really impressed me was the fact that the entire team advocated compassion and the right thing to do every time! That is really the best and only way to proceed with any venture, especially healthcare related!
