Valueguard is working to create new financial products linked to developments in the housing market in Sweden. The wholly owned subsidiary Valueguard Index Sweden also provides analyzes and information services used by construction companies, real estate agents, banks and public enterprises. As a basis for many of our products and services, there is a price index for housing - Nasdaq OMX Valueguard-KTH Housing Index (HOX®). The HOX Index has been developed in collaboration with KTH, distributed by Nasdaq OMX and based on data supplied by, among others. Svensk Mäklarstatistik AB and Lantmäteriet.
