Thelial is a targeted carcinoma drug discovery and development company. theLiTE™ (Thelial – Live Targeted Epithelia) is our proprietary targeted carcinoma drug discovery platform technology; screening a library of more than 1200 drug candidates we have discovered six carcinoma targeted drug candidates, validating theLiTE™. To prove the concept we combine theLiTE™ with a powerful approach to advance novel therapies: drug repositioning, identifying new roles for known drug compounds. In parallel we develop a novel treatment class, targeting actin in cancer.
