I lead a global, to national, to local practice devoted to real property damage economics. I have extensive experience in valuation, diminution-in-value, and litigation support matters involving real estate. Diminution issues I have worked on include environmental contamination, eminent domain, soil or geotechnical issues, construction defects, natural disasters, bankruptcy, project delay, and terrorism, among others. In 2014 I founded the firm Strategic Property Analytics, Inc. For 15 years prior to this, I was a member of Bell Anderson & Sanders LLC and before that, I was the co-founder of the real estate damages practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. I hold the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. As a qualified expert, I have testified in federal and state courts and I volunteer on a special task force for major real estate fraud for the Los Angeles district attorney’s office.
