Northshore Title,Inc. was founded in 1988 and is owned by Nathan A. East and Dru East. Our offices are located in Portland, Ingleside and Sinton. Northshore Title, Inc. is a proud sponsor of the Gregory-Portland Wildcats and is involved in community service clubs such as: Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Kiwanis, and Lions Club. Northshore Title, Inc. has been serving San Patricio County for 26 years.
