It provides programs tailor-built for professional real estate investors that are fixing and flipping, buying to hold rentals, and/or constructing new homes in Southern California. The Norris Group also creates award-winning education and outreach including our radio show, weekly news videos, and annual events. It was founded in 1997 and is based in Riverside, California.
