LandlordLinks is a no fee rental service that allows apartment seekers in New York City to bypass broker fees. Based on the concept that information is access, LandlordLinks provides landlord and management company data through eBooks and the personalized AptStar program. The Landlord Links eBooks provide users with neighborhood landlord directories and direct links that enable prospective apartment renters to connect directly with owners thereby bypassing the current 15% broker fee structure in New York City’s tight rental market. The rental market in New York City is always changing and LandlordLinks provides updated and accurate information to our users. LandlordLinks has been entirely user supported since we went live in 2006. Our goal is to expand our personalized service to help more people find their apartments in just one day, refining the apartment searching process for anyone who is either moving or relocating to New York City.
