They both fix technical issues with their Gexo Fix product, which has a No Fix No Fee policy. They also provide general computing advice with Gexo Advice. All of their services are carried remotely over the phone, together with e-mail and software. With Gexo Fix they use specialist software to take control of your computer by logging onto it through your internet connection.
