Each 4.5oz cup of Xfrost Ice Cream is 10-11 grams of protein, 90-110 calories, with 1-2 grams of fat, and 10-15 grams of sugar. It contains no nuts, no egg, and no soy, while being gluten-free, lactose-free, and kosher.
