Since its inception in 2015, AuramerBio has been paving the way in aptamer-based biosensors. AuramerBio was founded at Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand) when scientists within the university undertaking complementary research teamed up to develop high quality diagnostic applications at cost effective prices. They develop next generation diagnostic solutions for both the medical and environmental fields. AuramerBio is currently working on commercializing their biosensors. Their initial product offerings will be illicit drug detection and fertility monitoring.
