Ashley Charles is located in the heart of Reading. Reading is a prosperous town which has grown rapidly in the last few years and has a £500 million development scheme around the train station underway. It possesses many facilities along with an expanding employer base, making the unemployment rate only 2%. Much of the town is very recent including the many business parks and major business headquarters, which is currently attracting many people to move with their work to the Reading area.
