One time my crorebet wallet was showing pending status for almost three hours i wanted thinking it will fix but it didn't so i opened the chat section and told them about the problem the person replied immediately and asked for few details I shared the screenshot they checked and told me to wait ten minutes and exactly after ten minutes it got solved they even came back to confirm if i received the amount i felt really good because usually customer care on other sites take too long or talk rudely but here they speak with respect and help properly it gives confidence that somone is there to assist anytime
