Had communication issues, even though the project was spelled out step by step they still had to be told what was contracted to do. They tried every short cut possible. They used sanding blocks instead of a sander to do the door so many of the places where paint drips were noticeable are still there. Tried to use the old knobs even though they were the wrong color and can't of them were already lost. They painted over the door hinges that was supposed to be replaced. I can't tell the cabinets have been refinished.
