Avoid Property Meld at all costs

I am a seasonal renter in Palm Springs. The management company that manages this condo is connected with and uses Property meld. My experience with them has been horrible. Their software doesn't work or gives conflicting information. It has taken weeks to get a simple malfunctioning carbon monoxide detector replaced.
