No customer service!
For the last 2 months I have been emailing this company in order to get info on how to change my account billing. I have sent several emails and have gotten zero response. From what ive been hearing from other people is they are no longer offering any customer service, they just take your money and ignore any attempt by customers to contact or make any changes to ones account. I will be cancelling my account!
