I found them very difficult to deal with, Repeated emails and calls with responses coming from different people. They said they’d sent an agreement, but I did not receive it. I asked them to resend and when they did not respond, called. It was then that the person who answered contacted a captain to get a date. By then, I had found a more responsive solution. I cannot rate their service, since I did not book through them, but I found the process of trying to sign up quite frustrating.
