Zero customer service and Incompetent Production Dept
Zero customer service. The parent company obviously does not Vet their Franchisees. Simple garage cabinet install has turned into a three plus month nightmare. Countless calls, messages and emails went unanswered. Production dept obviously have no clue as to what they are doing. Avoid this company and its Franchisees at all cost.
