Heads up. These folks will play you and violate your quote and contract. After you accept the contract they will violate the contract. The owner insisted we prepay for the closet, even though the contract clearly states payment is due upon delivery. This mom and pop shop insists you pay upon delivery of parts, rather than the closet designed and purchased, outside the contract parameters. When confronted, they said their corporate office instructed them to violate the contract. Our attorneys argued otherwise. Be careful. Do your homework.
