Install Partners is the worst!!!!
Install Partners is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Ordered a window and patio door from Lowe's. Window got installed. The patio door was ordered incorrectly by Lowe's so we had to wait. New door is in. Install Partners has canceled on us 4 times including today which was a no show. This has been going on now for over 8 months. This company is unreliable and when we call all we get is lip service and their usual line "I'm sorry".
I have been insulted and treated rudely by one of their customer service representatives if that's what you want to call her. All we want is our $13,000 order to be completed and believe me we will never order a window or door from Lowe's again and my advice to everyone is if you are in a Lowe's store to run for the exit!!!!!!!!!!!
