i really enjoyed my time until recently. they changed instructors who had very poor time management skills was constantly exiting class to answer phone calls or work on the computer. even walking through the middle of class to have phone conversations. with no assistant instructor the students were teaching eachother. they then raised the prices another $50 a month charging more money and less instruction i was forced to leave. i wrote several formal complaints and received no acknowledgement of those emails. the only emails i received were advertisements trying to sell me gear. i feel they did not take my complaints seriously and disrespected my time and money.
