Like all Loblaws companies this is the apex of bad customer service. T 833 633 4797 number requires>>20 minutes hold to get through, emails take 10 day to respond to, they do not fill prescriptions correctly, Calling the local office and trying to talk to someone results all call being forwarded to the 833 number. in summary they maintain an excellent record of disastrous customer service, like their sister companies. Sadly they have a monopoly.
