Steven Goldwyn and David Altman stole my fathers personal injury, against MBTA lawsuit settlement. They negotiated his case without his permission, tormented him about his case not being worth anything and expected my father to be ok with accepting five thousand dollars. I reported Steven Goldwyn and David Altman to the Office of Bar Council about their misconduct but NOTHING was done about their behavior. This law firm should be shut down and prosecuted but unfortunately their is no justice for clients who report their lawyers crimes in Boston, Massachusetts. Stay away from this business they are unethical and corrupt.
