My experience with voyager.com has been mixed. One of the first problems I faced was discovering that my account had been frozen, which was extremely frustrating. A friend later explained that his account required activation on the new platform (voyager.us.org) before withdrawals were allowed, and he helped me go through the process so I could finally access my funds.
