They sent me four pairs and three out of the four were the wrong size. After arguing with them I finally got a return authorization. Sent them back and never received a refund. When I contacted them they said their warehouse never received the return and asked me for the tracking number which I had no clue where it might be. The package which has my return address didn’t come back to my house. When I contacted them again they told me to go fuck myself. An extremely disreputable company with a B- product at best Stay away. Try Saxx which makes great boxer briefs and has top notch customer service.
