Posting as a former employee and then administrator.
Consistently inconsistent care is a feature, not a bug, for the administrative team at Kidsborough. Staffing is continuously stretched, in large part due to the for-profit model of child care making the money-pinching leadership allergic to things like quality training, staff requesting raises, or providing full-time employment to the staff that they rely upon. In the absence of local subs, staff will get redistributed from one side of the state to the next, showing up at schools where they don't know the staff or the kids in order to fill in the hiring gaps. Staff are continuously left without leadership, and often rise to the occasion, but are often completely burnt out by being forced to manage without meaningful guidance or support. You may have a good experience with individual staff at Kidsborough, but good luck if you ever have to deal with the higher-ups.
Also feels weird that half of these reviews are 3 or 4 stars but are all generic glowing reviews. Seems fraudulent!
