My company, St. Charles Healthcare out of Bend Oregon, installed an iLocalbox system over a year ago, but the company has not completed optimizing the system so we can actually use it. We have been waiting and waiting but have received very little communication from them. We have dealt directly with the CEO and still, no helpful solutions, nor helpful communication.
