Non-delivery and an absolute shambles of a company. I dealt with five different customer service advisors and not one of them was helpful. I was passed around with no answers and no solution. The item never arrived and it was meant to be a Christmas present, so I was left with nothing. Completely disappointed by the lack of care and accountability. Avoid at all costs.
