Extraordinary competence and dedication to patients.

Currently and imminently we will see a lot of excitement around AI replacing many of the functions of physicians. That will be a welcome and valid replacement for bad doctors, who are negligent, distracted, incurious, and revenue centric vs. patient centric. But it’s no replacement for a great doctor, who is passionate, empathetic, proactive, obsessive, and relentless about the holistic care of their patients, and who will unhesitatingly rise to any challenge on their behalf.

It’s no replacement for the great Dr. Eduardo Dolhun and his Dolhun Clinic practice, which exactly match that description.

I have been a patient of his for over two decades. Extraordinary is the most apt description of his competence and dedication. I am his world when he is seeing me and there is zero hesitation to do whatever is required to protect or correct my health. For routine maintenance and course correction this is excellent to have. For an unexpected emergency, it is essential. I know this because Dr. Dolhun personally saved my life.

Vacationing in a third world country I got seriously ill and fell into the clutches of a scheming local medical practice. I would never have survived if Dr. Dolhun hadn’t commandeered every aspect of the situation, keeping in constant, sometimes hourly, communication with me day and night, and rapidly reinventing treatment plans to allow me to stabilize enough to return home. If I had a different doctor it is almost certain that you would not be reading this from me.
