Poor Customer Service
The company agreed to come between 1 pm and 3 pm. Instead, they showed up in the morning when I was not home. Nonetheless, I spent the afternoon at home waiting for them. When I phoned them the next day to enquire what happened, the company offered to reschedule. When I asked whether they could offer a time that their representative could stick to, customer service said that she would not argue with me on this point. The result was that they cancelled the service.
I'm not sure whether their customer service is indicative of their product or the quality of their work, but that could be the case. You may wish to look elsewhere.
