No Trust

Customer Service - There is None!

I cannot find it in myself to give Smart Gas more than one star for the following reasons:
1. Invoices are haphazard.
2. Customer service is non-existent.
3. They have a contact page, but completely ignore any messages you send to them and never reply.
4. Telephone calls are pointless as there is no-one who is able to help you with anything.
It is so disappointing that such a large company has no people skills for communication of any type.
