LED Panel Light poor customer service guidance

Ordered LED panel lights which I was told would be perfect for my new wookworking shop. They COULD NOT be daisy-chained or connected, and even the surface-mounting system they charged extra for would not have worked. I could ABSOLUTELY have asked more questions, but their customer service team asked NONE to make sure I was getting the right stuff for my situation. While they allowed the return of the merchandise, it was prohibitively expensive to ship, so I am winding up selling them.
